How long does it usually take Falcom to reply to emails?

Until today, Falcom’s been on their holiday vacation, so that would be part of the delay on it. They should be in touch with you soon on the order, though.
There have been moments where they took an exceptionally long time to get back to me on orders, but for the most part, in my experience, it’s within a week of putting the email in.
