Looking at the cast photo posted on Falcom’s staff blog with the Ouroboros Report interview, there’s a person who is not listed in the cast of characters in the photo.
Miwa Yasuda.
Sometime ago, during the recording, Falcom pointed out that the Leader was recording for the drama CD. Is Yasuda-san the seiyuu cast for him/her?
