Sony has announced the list of the 262 games for the UMD Passport program, of the 606 titles available on PSN. While this is a good number for launch, this is still under 50% of the current titles. While most sites have pointed out the noteable missing developers of Square-Enix, Capcom, Konami, and Namco-Bandai… what many have notpointed out is that Falcom, also, is absent from the list.
Falcom’s titles that are available on the Japanese Playstation Store for PSP are:
Brandish the Dark Revenant
Gurumin
Vantage Master Portable
Ys vs Sora no Kiseki Alternative Saga
Zwei!!
The Legend of Heroes Sora no Kiseki FC
The Legend of Heroes Sora no Kiseki the 3rd
The Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki
The Legend of Heroes Ao no Kiseki
Ys I-II Chronicles
Ys: Oath in Felghana
Ys Seven
–this marks all of their PSP releases, save for Sora no Kiseki SC.
I’ve had the belief that a lot of these are developer set, and if that’s the case, with everything else that Falcom’s been juggling, it’s very likely that it hasn’t been too high on their priority list of other projects.
I’ll try to keep an eye on all of this for everyone.
