NISAmerica has announced that the latest Ys title for Playstation Vita will be released in early 2014. They do not have any information out on the format (digital or physical) or any limited edition versions yet. Simply that they are releasing it.
It is still unrated through the PEGI system as well.
I will keep people posted as more information comes out.
