Falcomuploaded the Falcom Unpublished Music 2007 album to multiple sources this week. One of which is internationally on Amazon. This album is a collection of multiple tracks that have either never been published or used in their games, as the title implies.
You can find it for .99 for all of the tracks, or you can buy the tracks individually.

Have you tried looking to your local Amazon store? I don’t know how ‘international’ the albums are, but I imagine it wouldn’t hurt to try, at least.
I also know that Falcom’s been uploading a lot of stuff to iTunes over a ton of regions as well. You may be able to find the album there, also.
