[Translation Tuesday] Trails in the Sky the 3rd – Star Door #2

Welcome to another episode of Translation Tuesday. Continuing based off of last week’s column, this one will once again reach into Sora no Kiseki the 3rd / Trails in the Sky the 3rd, bringing up another one of the memory doors from the game. The relevance of this door will not become as important until Trails of Cold Steel II, but it is good information to have on hand.

As a note, the subject matter of this particular door is a little more difficult to wrangle, and though I felt that the same pacing for the previously translated door would be sufficient, there are places where the text advances a little fast- and for that I apologize.

This door is relevant to a very specific scene during Trails in the Sky SC’s ending. It also introduces you to what is considered one of the most mysterious and devastating events in Zemuria.
