Unsurprisingly,with FC Kai HD coming out this week, Falcom has announced that SC Kai HD will be released on 4/25.
Just like with FC’s PS3 release, SC Kai HD will see a number of enhancements:

The game reads FC’s clear data. You can use the clear file from either the PS3 or PSP versions.
You can also transfer the save data between the PS3 and PSP versions. Play on the go with the PSP, then continue the save from your PS3 when you get home.
It will contain extra contents: The original soundtrack, all in DRM free files, calendar custom themes, and various other custom themes on top of it.
Falcom plans to open preorders for SC Kai HD sometime in 1/2013.
