No updates from Falcom’s page for 9/9/2009 (there were some on 9/8- but more on those later), but there are a number of updates from multiple locations.
The Legend of Heroes VII Data Book
Someone’s been posting images from the book on 2ch- they were photographed with a cellphone. So far, there are only three, except we know them already. However, this person has been able to confirm the following:
1) The book does not state which platform the game will be on.
2) There are 8 characters. I’m keeping an eye on the thread and will make sure to grab any new updates.
Famitsu Scores for Ys Seven– and other reviews!Speaking of 2ch, someone posted an image of the Famitsu scores.
Ys Seven has landed a Famitsu Gold with an 8/8/8/8 – this is a 32/40.
According to the reviewers, this game is expected to be a 30 hour game to finish, and 50 hours to complete.
They speak about it being fast paced, with little load times. (Awesome.)

There will be a preview of Ys Seven on the Japanese show Ariken. It airs on 9/12, between 25:25 and 26:10 on TV Tokyo.
